The result is a huge, punchy, high-output sound that doesnt get fizzy, and cuts through without sounding harsh. Match it with the 59 neck or Jazz neck model for a perfectly balanced setup. Hand built in Santa Barbara, CA, the Alternative 8 is made with an Alnico 8 bar magnet, nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax potted for squeal-free performance. Available in standard humbucker or Trembucker spacing.
