Building on the design of the YEV104/YEV105, this upgraded version features enhanced specifications and a premium aesthetic. The fingerboard is also carefully colored to stand out beautifully on stage.

Just like a traditional acoustic violin, the body features a spruce top and a maple back. Designed with side slits and a hollow interior, it mirrors the construction of an acoustic violin, enhancing resonance for a richer, more natural sound and a highly responsive playing experience.

The bridge maple wood undergoes A.R.E. treatment (*1) to enhance sound quality and responsiveness. Additionally, the shield cover (*2), which is mounted on both sides of the bridge in the YEV104/YEV105 models, is positioned only on the tailpiece side in the YEV104PRO/YEV105PRO. By using a thinner material, the bridge gains greater freedom of movement, allowing it to capture even the most subtle bowing nuances and translate them into sound with exceptional clarity.

(*1) A.R.E. (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement) is a proprietary wood reforming technology that accelerates the natural aging process, giving the wood the rich, mature tone of a well-played instrument.

(*2) The shield cover is a metal component that minimizes noise when connecting the instrument to an amplifier or other devices. In the YEV104PRO/YEV105PRO, it is mounted only on one side. However, the internal shielding of the pickup ensures optimal performance without any compromise in noise reduction.
